FLUX shall not acquire personal information by deceptive or other unauthorized means, and shall collect it by lawful and fair means, and shall not exceed the scope of what is necessary for achieving the purpose thereof. FLUX shall only handle personal information within the scope and for the purpose described prior to obtaining such information, except where the user’s agreement is obtained beforehand or where prohibited by law.

Management of external parties who handle personal information

We may outsource the handling of personal information to an external party. In this case, FLUX shall select a party that handles personal information properly, and bind the external party via contract to properly manage, keep secret, and maintain personal information, and prevent such party from providing the information to other parties and leaking personal information.
